Find The Perfect Style For You To Prom

The hairstyle you choose for prom needs to be one that will complete your dress and accentuate your face. Choose a style that fits your face rather than just one that looks good on someone else.

If you have curly hair, tousled or soft curls may be a good style for you. Tousled curls allow you to choose accessories that match your dress in order to add simplicity or elegance to your hair by pulling it back in various ways. For those with medium hair soft curls may work better.

The French Twist is always a popular style and is easy to do yourself if you want to save the cost of a professional hair stylist.

With some ingenuity, coordination and hair clips, you can create a style that is elegant or simple. Choosing clips and other hair accessories can help you create the style you want to go along with the dress you are wearing. The more complicated 60s style French Twist requiring the use of bobby pins has given way to the more modern twisting or the hair into a hair clip.

You can leav
e some of the hair running free over the hair clip or create ringlets on your face if that's the look you want to portray. For those with curly hair or the curly hair look, you can choose either tousled or soft curls. The soft curls look is better for those with medium length hair though you can choose either one depending on the dress you have.
